Conformance and quality

The ATO has policies in place to ensure internal quality and conformance with our obligations. Our programs provide regular information on our conformance and the quality of our work, with oversight from the ATO Executive.

In 2015–16, we continued to streamline and improve our processes for overseeing conformance and quality. For example, we have moved our conformance and quality programs to a contemporary automated platform to facilitate real-time reporting and improve transparency.
