At 30 June 2016, we had six non-SES individual flexibility arrangements, varying the terms of the enterprise agreement for a specified time.
The ATO enterprise agreement 2011 sets out terms and conditions of employment for all APS1 to EL2 staff, including remuneration, performance management and working arrangements. The agreement expired on 30 June 2014 but remains in place until a new agreement comes into effect.
Consultation with staff and bargaining representatives commenced in late June 2014 to develop a new agreement. This process is continuing.
The ATO enterprise agreement 2011 provided for pay rises and productivity bonus payments offset by quantifiable productivity improvements. The last pay rise made under this agreement was in 2012–13.
